Step 1 — Power On. Press and hold the power button until the LED display lights up. The device is ready.
Step 2 — Choose Your Mode. Tap the top button to activate red light therapy and infrared heat. Tap the bottom button to turn on EMS and vibration. Use them individually or combine all four for a full treatment session.
Step 3 — Set Your Intensity. Cycle through levels 1–9 on the display. Start low and increase as your skin adjusts — especially on sensitive areas like the face and neck.
Step 4 — Massage. Place the finger-tip applicators against your skin and glide in slow, upward strokes. Always move toward the nearest lymph node cluster — upward on the legs, outward on the abdomen, and downward along the jawline toward the neck.
Step 5 — Repeat Daily. Use for 10 minutes per target area, once a day. Results compound with consistency — most users notice visible changes in puffiness, skin tone, and tightness within 7–14 days.
